New objective:Recon the area.
New objective:Check the group of peasants.
It is going to be quite a long mission.
You start in[1]with the task of examining a group of villagers in[2].
You will receive a new mission objective and the map will enlarge.
New objective:Eliminate the Vietcongs by the crossing.
Order your men to cease fire and to run up the hill on the right.
Then, have them lie down behind some bushes in[5].
Change the firing mode to “Fire at will”.
You shouldn’t suffer any losses in men.
All other opponents can be killed without a problem by the sniper.
Again, change the firing mode to “Hold fire”.
New objective:Mop up the old French bunkers.
Your next task is to clear two bunkers in[9]and[10].
Have all your people get down, lie prone and begin to crawl to[11].
Enemy soldiers inside won’t see your men.
Crawl behind the bunker and divide your men.
Leave the rest (including the sniper) in the bushes.
Throw a grenade into the group of enemies and quickly hide behind the boulder.
Wait until the shooting stops.
The enemy soldiers will take their positions and will remain in them.
If there aren’t any, stop right away and head toward the entrance.
Thus, you will double-check that no other opponent can run into the bunker.
It’s time for the sniper.
Order him to lie down to the right of the rock and keep your game.
Be careful, however, because the enemy will shoot you with a heavy rifle.
One accurate hit means your sniper is dead.
so after 2-3 successful kills hide behind a rock, save the game and wait until the fire stops.
From the other position your projectile would hit the heavy machinegun instead of the soldier.
The task will be much easier if the enemies don’t have access to the heavy machinegun.
Finally, use a grenade to reset the vestibule of the bunker in[10].
Still, we’d advise you to save the game before doing anything.
New objective:Set an ambush by the bridge and eliminate the hostiles.
As soon as you see the truck pass by, aim and shoot at it.
Aim at the front of the vehicle and under it.
An accurate shot should destroy the truck together with all the opponents.
This will help avoid the risk that those standing farthest from the wall are hit through the entrance.
Save the game and simply wait for enemies.
When there are only a few left, speed up the game.
They will just come to the bunker one by one and die.
The rest will withdraw to the river.
Kill them with your sniper.
Eventually, you will get new mission objectives.
