Just throw a knife at the opponent when the appropriate message appears(picture above).
The first thing you gotta do is to find a suit that will protect you against explosions.
Instead it should kill an enemy or some enemies nearby, and possibly do some more damage.
The airfield for Noriega’s jet is surely one of such places.
