Get on it and ride through the red gates.

Stand on the platform and shoot all the moving targets.
Light a fire there.

you oughta hit the white tree in the very middle of the citadel.

you better hit 10 moles in the designated time.

Defeat three Orcs.
Use it on the mechanism to kick off the dark cellar.
Illuminate it with the Phial of Galadriel to receive the key and use it to unlock the target.
