Metropolis is another level that is part of Winter Tundra homeworld.
you should probably have the required number of orbs.
After that, the Professor will unlock the level for you.

What is required to complete this level in 100%?
Speak with the nearby robot.
Go through the corridor.
Defeat the first Space Cow equipped with a laser.This enemy’s weapon is firing continuously.
Approach the enemy when the laser is pointing at the opposite part of the corridor.
You reach a lift.
You learn that lifts must be activated with force.Use Headbash to activate a lift.
You reach a huge room.
Go towards the bridge with enemies.
You reach another lift.
This one allows you to jump towards the last platform with an orb and the exit portal.
It leads to a robot that asks you to deal with an ox.
Defeat the ox by reflecting bombs with your flames.This is the only way to damage the ox.
Watch out, you don’t want to touch any of the bombs - they will deal you damage.
A hybrid gate stands near the exit portal.This gate allows you to fly and use more powerful flames.
Use these powers to shoot down sheep saucers.
You have an unlimited access to the gate.
