You will find them by doing the main missions.
In the Volga, you won’t find any workbenches in the northern part of the map.
These lands are covered in water.
The small islands don’t have any spots where you’re free to rest.

You don’t have to sleep inside them.
There are no hideouts in the north.
The majority of them are in the south and in the east.
