They are scattered all over the map.
Most of them hang on shelves or walls.

Location: The second postcard is in the library.
It hangs on one of the bookshelves.

Location: This postcard is on the wall inside one of the buildings.

Location: After meeting with the Admiral you will find the 18th postcard.
