The last two chapters of Metro Exodus have two postcards and nine diaries.
The majority of them is well-hidden.

Postcards
There are only two postcards in the Dead City.
However, these are the last cards available in the game.
In our tutorial you will find the exact location of each postcard.
Postcard 20
Location: The first postcard is in the metro.
It hangs on a wardrobe in the office.
Use your flashlight to find it faster.
Postcard 21
Location: The last postcard in the game is near the maps.
Each memo is described in detail.
Additionally, on the map it’s possible for you to check the exact location of each collectible.
Location: Go to the second train car.
The diary lies at the end of it.
Location: The diary lies on the table, near the crowbar.
Location: After using the escalator, you will reach a room.
The diary lies on the table.
Location: The note is among the maps.
Location: The diary is on one of the sits in the abandoned train car.
Location: There is a desk near the bed.
The diary lies on that desk.
Location: This diary is lying on a TV standing next to the computer.
Location: This diary is lying among corpses covered by snow.
Location: Go down the stairs.
The last diary is on the wheelchair.
