Return to the Normandy, pop swing open the galaxy map and plan a trip to theSilean Nebula.
Once you’re there (Kypladon system) fly to an adjacent system namedPhontes.
Your point of interest should be a planet namedDekuuna(screen above) and its moon -Oltan.
Doing this will allow you to obtain a war asset [Elcor Flotilla].
