Return to the Normandy, initiate the galaxy map and plan a trip to theSilean Nebula.
Your point of interest should be a planet namedDekuuna(screen above).
you should probably find a white dot and send a probe (left mouse button).
Doing this will allow you to obtain [Code of the Ancients].
after you snag the codex return to [Citadel: Purgatory Bar] and give it to the elcor.
