Ask him to pour you a drink and Shepard will soon lose consciousness.
Return to the lower section of the club and talk toForvanagain.
If you want to score renegade points you must force him to drink the poisoned substance.
Use the stairs and open a door located to your left (second screenshot).
There are two endings to this quest.

Either way don’t forget to collect amed kitfound in this room.
Enter a room where you’ll findJarothand several othermercenaries.
Look around the room to find adatapadwith a message to Tarak.
you could continue this quest after returning to [Omega - Market district].
Go to the Afterlife club and show the datapad toAria.
Listen to the mission objectives, agree to the terms and proceed to the lower part of the club.
ThePatriarchcan be found in a small room inside the club.
This quest can have two endings.
Choosing a standard dialogue option will result in thePatriarchleaving the club.
You would then have return toGrizzto collect3000 credits.
Leave this room and proceed towards the southern exit from the club (second screenshot).
You’ll encounter thebanditsas soon as you’ve opened the door.
you might attack them without giving any warnings or have a little chat with them.
Bear in mind that all possible solutions lead to their death.
You may now return to thePatriarchto tell him the good news.
Go toGrizzand he’ll inform you to talk toAria.
Sadly the reward will remain the same -3000 credits.
you might end this quest after finding only onedatapad, but I would strongly recommend collecting both of them.
In both cases you’ll receivecredits(more if Ish gets the data).
