10 Observation lounge - Pocket secretary with a code to the elevator lobby (12 on the map).
11 Penthouse - eBook (+100XP), computer (security 1).
13 Sniper rifle (you must use a lifter standing next to elevator, to get up there).
The main objective here is to stop the black market weapon transaction.

Note- you won’t be able to get to the hotel in Dubai later on in the game.
This is why you should collect all of the objects you are interested in.
During your stay in the hotel in Dubai there’s only a single main mission to accomplish.
Completing it will allow the main character to leave Dubai and head towards Prague.
Thanks to that you will be able to sell them after arriving in Prague.
