Keep along your path, up the stairs and past the fighting knights.

Then, enter the next room and walk into the chamber on the right.
In the secret room, there is a chest with an armor set[M5.14]Will.
He gives you a side mission that requires you to go to his workshop (The Southern Watchtower).

Then, take the stairs (there is anothernotenext to them).
