You’re soon going to discover that is has been taken away by the policing service.
Get rid of the truck driver, kicking his ass if necessary.
Now you might focus on getting the car off the truck.
Draw the police’s attention by running over a few random pedestrians.
Once one star appears, things get easier.
Now it’s enough to stop near a police car and wait for the cop to come up.
As soon as he gets in range, take him down.
This will grant you two required stars.
