Before you approach the blue double door, equip the grenade launcher or rocket launcher.
After the cutscene, you will have to battle a Scorcher.
Destroy it and move forward.
After you make it through the demolished building, you will make it to the area full of Scorchers.
On the radio, you will get a message that lets you know of the possibility to reprogram Pinger.
Enter the cloak mode and walk over to the right of the area.
Make your way from cover to cover to replenish your power level.
As soon as you are close enough, reprogram Pinger.
you might also continue among your enemies without bothering about Pinger.
After you make your way through the next building and leave, you will encounter Spotter.
