Head to the balcony shown in the picture and kill the soldier stationed there, then enter the building.
Take the stairs down.
Go towards the exit visible in the picture.
Pass by the car, approach the door and open it.
After entering, head to the right instantly and take the stairs up to the first floor.
You will find theLiquor Bottlememento in a room ahead of the stairs.
The memento is located on the right side of said room.

You will find the final memento during theAssault the Garrisontask.
Go to the left side of the plaza in regard to the building shown on the screen.
You will find theGerman Medalmemento on one of the tables.
