This chapter provides hints on how to play as Last Defenders commanded by Kroq-Gar.
The Starting situation
Kroq-Garstarts the game with one city -Temple of Skulls.
Your enemy, at the beginning areSkavens-Mordkin Clan.
Up in the mountains to the North-West, there are Dwarven territories -Karak Zornfaction and Greenskins -Arachnos.
Over the mountains, there is a Lizardmen faction -Tlaquaand Wood Elves -Archers of Oreon.
With them, and with factions ofHigh Elvesfarther to the South, you are on friendly terms.
Initial turns
Start the game with buildingPasturesand by developing the military building in your settlement.
Also, it is a good idea to enter a non-aggression pact withArchers of OreonandTor Elasor.
After you have colonized the Cursed Jungle settlement, spend several turns on replenishing your losses and development.
You have to keep in mind that the default mode of the Skaven army is setting ambushes.
Additionally, Skavens will have a considerable advantage in numbers over you.
After you have seized the settlement, refrain from expanding up to the moment, when social order stabilizes.
Also, remember to issue orders that will increase it.
Spend the following turns on development of your province.
First, upgrade theTemple of Skullsto level 3 and erect thereShrine of the Ancients.
In the remaining two settlements, erect buildings that promotedevelopmentandincome.
Seize two more settlements -TeotiquaandTemple-Boulevard of Gold.
Build there a building that increases social order and issue the order to stabilize it.
Wait for several turns, for social order to stabilize and attackSotekCavernssettlement - it is a ritual resource site.
You will have to perform a raid after raid on your way to the capital city of this faction-Yuatek.
