The hostages are in two different buildings and you don’t have enough time to save everyone.

Destroy the balloons spreading the poison
Balloonsspreading a poison have appeared aboveEmpire City.
Before you take care of them, youhave to destroy the planes, circling around them.
This shouldn’t be too hard, as it only takes one shot to take them down.
Once on it,unlock three couplingsconnecting the platform to the balloon.
People on the streets havegone madbecause of the poison and will beaggressive towards you.
That’s why it’s best to use the roofs.
John will stop nearby a skyscraper’s roof.Get out of the platformwhen he tells you to.
Your mission is to find the camouflaged jamming devices.
However, you will have to kill dozens of enemies before you get to the gear.
make a run at kill them from afar and not get involved in close quarter combat.
Once you wipe the area,jump to the groundandfind the barely visible jamming equipment.
Use the Lightning Storm abilityand the jammer will explode.
Afterwards get back to John who will take you near the next rig.
Once againuse Precision to target enemieswith rocket launchers.
Reward: 500 Experience points.
