Get out ofDragonsreach, bring up the world map and choose theHigh Hrothgar.
Get inside the monastery and locateArngeir.
You will need to persuade the Greybeard into hosting the Imperial Legion and Stormcloaks meeting (screen above).
If you have already spoken with him, you will probably know where to search for him.
FindUlfric(see to it you’re visiting him by daytime) and initiate a conversation with him.
You shouldn’t have too much trouble with convincing Ulfric to head to High Hrothgar for the negotiations.
Now head to meet with General Tullius.
If you have already met him, you probably remember where to look for him.
Otherwise, head toSolitudeand afterwards go toCastle Dourin the north-west part of the city (screen above).
FindTullius(see to it you’re visiting him by daytime) and initiate a conversation with him.
You shouldn’t have too much trouble with convincing Tullius to head to High Hrothgar for the negotiations.
