You may unlock this quest during the conversation withCadmus.
You have to speak and convince three inhabitants of this area to organize a rebellion.
The first person you may speak to isYasminwho you better find anyway to talk about a trap.
The second person may beSparrowwho lives right next toYasmin.
In return he will join the rebellion.
The next person isMercurio.
you better use etiquette Socialite or Strength [6] or 500 yens.
You may also talk toIvan Fuin the northern corridor.
Melee Weapon [6] or etiquette Shadowruner/Biotech [5] will convince him as well.
As a reward you will receive1 Karma.
You may unlock this quest during the conversation withCadmus.
When you will get downstairs you will see theexplosives (M15,8)located in four rooms.
The last of them is in the room of theRat King.
After activating all of them you may get to the room in the north-east.
Use simultaneously the newly opened path to escape.
It will not influence the quest but informing people will result in1 Karma.
