Such machines are scattered across the whole Manhattan and on your radar they are marked with a turquoise color.
The machines also serve as your garage.
There you’re able to activate the previously obtained vehicles or buy the newly unlocked ones.
Once on the Helicarrier, walk towards the elevator shown on the picture to make it get inside.
There you will find few rooms connected to each other.
You could have visited these rooms during the main story of the game.
