The confrontation takes place after you have sufficiently weakened the Cultists in the region ofMount Whitetail.

Use launchers, grenades or dynamite to kill them.
Don’t give them the opportunity to bite you, just shoot them fast.
Luckily, wolves die quickly.
Otherwise, continue climbing.
Walk around the peak from the left and help yourself with aGrappleto reach the higher rock shelves.
