To arrange a friendly match, accessCalendar, and then selectArrange Friendly Competition.
Pick the team, date and punch in (e.g.
league) and send invitation.
Then, it is him that arranges the date and manages the team during the match.

During post-season preparations, give a shot to play 2 friendlies a week.
