Horde Mode is a new mode available inAssassin’s Creed Origins.

How to unlock:Patch with Horde Mode.
Rewards:3000 XP, an exclusive shield.
Here Comes A New Challenger questhas been added to your journal.
Complete it and get access to fights inHorde Mode.
Speak with the man inBalagrae.
He asks you to find and save twogladiators.
The first is in the enemy camp in Kelida Hideout.
The gladiator lies tied up on a stone ledge.
You have to kill the enemies and carry the man to the exit.
Then, speak with him.
Another gladiator is near the lake.
to reach him you have to speak with thegirlwho stands in vegetation.Koseyjumps out after a short conversation.
This initiates a fight that will be interrupted by his wife.
Speak with him and then go to Cyrene Arena and speak withThanasis.
He stands in front of the building.
After the conversation you have to enter the arena and start the Horde Mode.
Win5rounds and unlock another part of the mission.
You have to find andkillThanis and his soldiers.
They are near the lake, the one where you found Kosey.
Kill them all and complete the mission.
Combat in Horde Mode
Horde Mode is a new side activity.
so you can unlock it you have to completeHere Comes A New Challengerside quest.
During this mode you’re able to fight on the arena.
The fights can end only when youresignordie.
However, the suggested level for the quest that unlocks it is 36.
You shouldn’t go there if your level is lower than35.
Each new wave has enemies with a higher level.
You will have to face warriors with levels higher than40.
Youcan’t change your equipmentduring the fights.
Equip yourbestweapon and strengthen your character by leveling up melee abilities.
This mode is also great for testing new weapons.
You don’t know whether this sword is good or not?
Kill a few waves with it.
You will know how it works on different enemies.
Maybe that weapon is great against regular bandits or it can hurt a few soldiers at the same time.
Now, it’s possible for you to learn about that in no time.
After that you might simply resign.
Then, it’s possible for you to select a different weapon and enter the arena again.
Animals appear during some of the waves.
You aren’t their only target.
The developers added even more traps.
You are surrounded byspikes.
Watch out for them so you won’t lose health.
More waves mean more traps.
you might use them by pushing enemies.
Amount ofXPandgolddepends on how many waves you have completed.
This mode has no additional rewards.
