it’s possible for you to begin this mission immediately after buying a hangar.
Get into BF Dune Buggy parked nearby to start it.
Luckily, your car works very well on the offroad.
Now you just need to return to the hangar.
Note - after several days have passed, you will have the opportunity to take another smuggling job.
Ride out of the building and turn for the airstrip.
Only then push the button for dropping the package down.
When you deliver both packs, return to the landing site and exit the airplane.
