9 This tract is at the top of the highest building in Los Santos.
Use a helicopter or a plane to get there.
The tract is right in the center of the helipad.
10 Dive underwater at that spot.
You will notice a wreck of a roller coaster.
Swim around it and pay attention to the purple cays.
4a Here is an entrance to a tunnel in which you will find the next tract.
To unlock Epsilon Tracts, you have to first finish several missions connected with them.
