This mission starts with your character’s trial.
It doesn’t matter what you say here, you will always end in prison.
After that you have to find a way to escape.
You might saw her trial in the Greykeep during Aonir’s Justice side quest.
After that you should find a way to escape from your cell.

You should also activate theGodstone- your hero can respawn there.
Look around the prison - it’s possible for you to find weapons and other useful items.
The city is patrolled by guards but you shouldn’t have problems with avoiding them.
Enter the Grey Tower and turn right - you will reach the basement.
There, you’re free to find Alistair.
Choose the right dialog options and he will let you pass.
However, if you saved the prisoners then you will have to kill him.
Go through the rest of the dungeons and complete the mission.
