After arriving at theAddermireInstitute equip the heart to locate thebone charmhidden underneath the rail.
Wait for a good opportunity, approach the guard from behind and stun him.
Afterwards, dispose of the body by throwing it into the bushes on the right side.
Now head towards themain lobby, until you reach the place shown on the above screenshot.
Eliminate the last guard in the same manner and collect thebone charmfrom the location shown on the above screenshot.
Afterwards, start exploring the now clear lobby where you could find a number of useful items.
While passing through the wall of light don’t forget to collect a painting located on the right side.
