Use the ladder to climb down.
Go to the right.
Tower’s door is closed.
Take aspray can(lying on the right side of the door).
Come back to your car (The ‘Edward Snowman’).
Climb up the ladder.
press the button on the right upper corner to get into the inventory (or move scroll wheel).
Combine the spray can with thelighter, you will get animprovised flamethrower.
Use it on the frozen toolbox.
launch the toolbox and take ablowtorch.
Take it once again, climb down and go to the tower.
Opening the tower’s door
Use the blowtorch on the bolt.
Light the blowtorch (hold LPM key long enough).
During the escape burn the monster’s claw by using the improvised flamethrower.
Also you could take a piece ofpoleand hit the claw three times.
Then shut the door by clicking LPM fast.
