During a longer cutscene you will get in possession ofYarn.

Take theFlowersunder the counter too.
Talk to Fleur - and be aware that is a point in which the game often crashes.
Open Options - Visual tweaks - UI and change Modern to Classic.
Talk to Adam aboutCD Playerand offer him aCoin.
He’ll leave, leaving the player on the counter.
Press theStop Button, then theEject Button.
Click theCompact Discto take it.
Now, remove theBattery Compartmentand take out the bareBattery.
There’s aStereoon the counter - use theCompact Discon it.
The Sergeant seems interested in the music.
Put the battery in the toy and then fill the toy with whiskey.
Use it on theTrolleyleft of the counter.
Push the trolley - by clicking theManneken in a Trolley.
Head to Bijou’s Apartment.
Use the intercom and go upstairs.
She will agree to help you.
You will now be heading to London.
