Run market research.
You now have to run two restaurants in Paris at the same time.

You have to attract 20 clients.
Hire a mascot
Another step in creating your marketing might is to get a mascot.
press the research icon and see how efficient your mascot will be in a restaurant.
After that, you have to hire it.
punch the advertise icon on the left side of the restaurant panel and hire a mascot.
You also have to grab the best working hours.
Use the chart that informs you about the traffic.
Use the right mouse button to select a place for your mascot, preferably pavements and crosswalks.
Start global marketing
Another step is to widen your marketing reach.
Go to the marketing tab, select “Global Marketing” and set the daily investment to 50%.
Then, you might start a marketing campaign.
Each of your restaurants should have daily profits at 500 to successfully complete the mission.
