Grab a shadowbomb and approach the hole in the wall.
Throw the shadowbomb through it to destroy the yellow crystals on the other side (the above screen).
Grab another shadowbomb and go through the portal with it.
Use it to destroy the bigger crystals, therefore unlocking access to the chest.
