The easiest way to get it is from the roof.

you should probably jump on the middle pillar / statue from any part of the roof.

Lies in the small window in the northern part of the building near the street.
it’s possible for you to climb to it without any problems.

Located on the arch between buildings.

Lies northeast of the cathedral - on the roof near the main dome of the building.

It is above a small wooden platform near the northern wall.
Just climb on the wall.

Located in the western part of the wall.
Feather is on the third beam.
to get it you must use a specific technique of bouncing from the wall.
Climb on the first beam and turn to the wall.
Then run at it and push off to the left.
Repeat the same on the second beam.
