Statistics

You will have 21 points to distribute.

When you have some spare points, you might distribute them on other abilities.

Locksmith

Rank 1: Your nimble fingers allow you to pick Advanced locks.

Rank 2: it’s possible for you to pick Expert locks.

Rank 3: you could pick Master locks.

(Requirements: Level 41, Perception 4).

Rank 1: Stimpaks restore 40% of lost Health, and RadAway removes 40% of radiation.
