Chris (costume 2)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in Experimental Facility.
Jill (costume 1)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in Ship Deck.
Jill (costume 2)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in Public Assembly.
Sheva (costume 1)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in Ancient Ruins.
Sheva (costume 2)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in Missile Area.
Wesker (costume 1)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in The Mines.
Wesker (costume 2)- you have to obtain A rank (or higher) in The Prison.

Chris Redfield- get in Playstation Home.
Jill Valentine- Finish the game at Veteran difficulty level.
Sheva Alomar- Finish the game at Normal difficulty level.
Treasure Chest- Collect all treasures.
