You will face Renoir for the first time at the end of theOld Lumiereregion.
He awaits you right after reaching theManor Gardens flag.
The boss is mandatory and fighting him is required to make progress in the game.

How to defeat Renoir?
Renoir is a tough boss with many powerful attacks that are difficult to parry.He is neutral to all elements.
If the colors of the world stay the same, he will performthree explosions.
In the middle of the fight, Renoir will summontwo clusters of petals.
Destroy both clusters of petals with powerful attacks against single targets and then finish off Renoir.
