Houdini Splicer
Houdini Splicers are “wizards” attacking you with plasmids.
They are not very demanding opponents, but can be annoying with their ability to teleport.
A good way to deal with them is to freeze them.

Throughout the game, they work on the same principle: they call in guard bots.
It’s not a problem to sneak out of the camera’s field of view and destroy it.
However, usually the best solution is a hack that allows bots to attack your opponents.
