Backtrack now into the spot shown in the above screenshot and jump onto the wooden roof.
Up there, there are two civilians and a servant.
This is the “playing room” and there are many people here.
Before you climb down, look through the keyhole at the white door on the right.
Here, you will find a clockwork soldier patrolling the balcony.
When he is far away from you, launch the door, plant a stun mine and return.
