Dig up the loose ground to obtain the crank.
Afterwards head east of the entrance to Edoras and look for a stone tower.
Head to its top, destroy the rocks and use the crank.
You will receive a key with which you might head for the mithril brick.

Light up the wood blocking the passage and pick up the LEGO brick.

The LEGO brick can be found above King Theoden’s head.

Illuminate the dark cellar and pick up the LEGO brick.

you oughta defeat 15 undead soldiers in the designated time.

Just return the item to the quest giver.
The item can be forged at the blacksmith in Bree.
Just give him back the item.
