On the other side you’ll fide the stair leading to the upper floor.
Do not go there though but instead walk over the stone wall opposite.
There is a chair behind with the card on it.
Collector card: Monarch
Monarch Card can be found next to the Power Plant entrance.
It lies on the ground to the right from the stairs.
You have to kill Gearheads using these.
Once the last opponent is dead, go to the room behind your back.
At the end of the room you’ll see the door with EXIT sign on it.
Turn then left and go up the stairs.
The card lies in one of the lockers on the right.
Right after entering the location turn left and jump over the rock.
There is ammo there and the card.
It lies on the cabinet, on the left from the lever.
