Once you get inside move forward until you see large, wide stairs.
On its top turn right.

On the other side you’ll find Feltrite Crystals and the card.
you might get there in the “Abandoned Distillery” mission.
The card you’re looking for lies on the crate at the right wall of the cave.
Once you get inside get to the other end of the garage killing all opponents on your way.
At the end you’ll fight the Gearhead Heavy.
Once he is dead go to the upper floor and examine the nearby white car.
On the backseat you’ll find the needed card.
Go down with the elevator, go a bit ahead and the turn to the right.
Behind the sofas there is the card lying on the stone wall.
