Get to the Pumping Station that you have visited before and once again use the ladder and metal balconies.

Once you erase the area, head to a locked door andBekir, the last bandit, will appear.
At first, Crane will have a go at interrogate him but in the end.
Move to the new room and interact with the fuse box to restore electricity.
Listen toJasiron the radio and end the quest.
