you could start this quest after defeating Jacob Seed which happens duringOnly Youstory mission.
She can be found inMCA Mobile Labpresented in the picture.
That place is located in the south-east corner of the region, north fromDrubman Marina.
Reach the place and defeat the wolves.
Secure the camp and make preparations for trapping the wolf
Head toBreakthrough Camp.
Drop it in the corner presented in the picture above.
Wait until the animal shows up in the camp, enters the cage and then starts eating the corpse.
Quickly reach the yellow switch and press it totrap the judge wolf.
Lastly, you have to speak with Dr. Perkins.
