I would recommend that you stay on the roof of the car park.
Head on to the designated area.
You shouldn’t have any problems locating the tank.
Take the rocket launcher from the gun menu.
Press and hold the right mouse button so that start aiming at the tank.
Wait for the ‘Target locked’ information to appear.
Now you will have to press the left mouse button so you can fire the missile.
Thanks to that, you’ll destroy the tank (#2).
You may also take care of the remaining enemy troops, although this won’t be necessary.
You won’t have to protect the UAV that was hiding inside the car park.
The vehicle will leave this area on its own (#1).
