When you enter the cave, turn left, then left again.
Note:Your biggest problem here is the cave bear.
It is a really strong beast, so defeating it requires some preparation.
Have enough weapons and meat for healing.
Traps and a strong animal are recommended as well.
This collectible can be found a little after your encounter with the bear and thecave painting #2.
If you succeed, the Daysha Hand will be right in front of you.
It is hidden in the passage blocked with plants that it’s crucial that you burn.
Swim under the wooden barricade to reach the large chamber with this passage.
After you climb down, stay on this level and stick to the same corridor.
You will find a barricade in a green vapor.
Use an antidote and destroy it.
The cave itself is a grotto with two branches.
The Hand can be found behind a stone wall on the right, near the entrance.
Watch out for a camp of several enemies.
Finally, swim to the unlocked passage, where you’re free to ascend twice behind a barricade.
You will find this collectible near the exit.
Enter the cave and kill some enemies.
Next, turn left - you will see a way down and some more enemies.
Get rid of them, then scour the area - the collectible is located in one of the corners.
The only hard parts might be the number of long jumps, narrow passages and swinging on the rope.
When you climb up, you will stand before thecave painting #10.
Head forward to reach a higher level.
Jump over the edge twice and you will stand next to the collectible.
Note:There are some enemies in the cave.
Then approach the climbing spot.
Run to the edge and jump as late as you might to perform a long jump.
Because of that,Takkarwill grab a vine on the other side.
The Daysha Hand is on the ground.
The collectible is on a ledge, behind a fallen log.
At the foot of the mountain, exactly under the claw point.
Dive when the waterfall is directly in front of you - the Daysha Hand is at the bottom.

First, find the entrance to a grotto near a small waterfall.
You will find the collectible at the end.
