This is the last large encampment you will visit during the main storyline.
Here, you’ve got the option to meet with a few important NPCs and purchase valuable gear.
Wizard Islandis the largest encampment in the game.
It is located in the center of Crater Lake region.
The southern part of the map is inaccessible through the majority of the game.
This will happen duringRiding Nomad Againmain quest.
Don’t make a run at visit Wizard Island right after you reach Crater Lake.
Instead, you should complete a few story missions first.
Keep doing them until you unlockI Don’t Have a Picmission.
The goal of that quest is to accompany captain Kouri in his trip to Wizard Island.
Once you get there, meet withCol.
Garret, the leader of Wizard Island.
Captain Kouri will stand up for Deacon.
After that, accompany the man - you will meet with a few important NPCs.
There are two bridges leading to the island - one in the north and one in the south.
Cross any of them to enter the encampment.
Col. Garret will give you side quests related to Wizard Island.
Wait for him to contact Deacon over the radio.
Themechanicin Wizard Island doesn’t sell any parts.
you’re free to only refuel your bike, repair it or move it back to the camp.
Themerchant, on the other hand, is one of the most important NPCs in Wizard Island Camp.
This person sellsthe best weapons in the entire game.
This merchant is also selling ammunition, suppressors, grenades, etc.

The Ark has multiple floors.
Garret’s tent is at the top of the mountain.
Sadly, exploring the entire camp rewards you only with a few collectibles.
You won’t unlock any missions, unique weapons or items.
You don’t have to go down through the corridors again if you want to reach the bottom.
you could also use this path to drive the bike to the top.
