The recorder is inside, along with the NERO box.Be careful - the Horde may be waiting inside.
You will find the recorder on the chest, in place with numerous corpses.
Just follow the tracks to the ruins.
The recorder lies on the ground, on the rocks.
In the middle of the meadows are some stones, and on them some chests.
In one of them you will find a recorder.
There is only one secret from this category on the Cascade map.
You will find it next to the cemetery gate, on the wall there is a leaflet.
