This mission can be failed.

Gustav Leitner
This is a second mission connected to Dayo Igwe.
You will receive it only if you’ve managed to save Igwe duringDoctor Igweside mission.
The conversation will be about retrieving the connectome of the pianist Gustav Leitner.
An audio recording (LeitnerMusic Sample) will be used to complete the task.
Head toCrew Quartersand then toCrew Cabins Aon level 1.Doctor Igwe’s cabin, numbered 104, is your destination.
This will reveal a safe shown in the second screenshot, hidden behind the pianist’s poster.
Collect the connectome (as well as other valuable items) from the safe.
Afterwards, head toYu’s officelocated on level 3 ofTalos I Lobby.
Initiate a conversation withIgweto give the man the connectome you’ve just acquired.
Assist Mikhaila Ilyushin
This mission should automatically be unlocked after your first visit in theTalos Power Plant.
You will receive a message fromMikhailaasking you for assistance.
The woman can be found inCooling Monitoring Roomlocated in the western part of level -2.
This is because after meeting with Mikhaila the time limit will initiate.
The delay in the previous paragraph was suggested because you better go toTalos I Exterior.
The floodgate is located nearby and it will be unlocked once you’ve restarted the reactor.
Once outside, go through the outer space to reach the marked location.
Head back with the injections to Mikhaila.
The protagonist will automatically apply one of them and the mission will be completed.
Additionally, you will receiveA Friend in Needachievement / trophy.
You will receive another message from Mikhaila stating that she has arrived toYu’s officelocated inTalos I Lobby.
She will ask you to meet her there.
Once there, initiate a conversation with her.
You will be rewarded with2 Neuromodsand aSuit Chipset.
Mikhaila’s Father
The described quest begins in the final part ofMikhaila Ilyushin, i.e.
after meeting withMikhailain her new dwelling -Yu’s officeinTalos I Lobby.
Your mission to learn more about Mikhaila’s father will take you toDeep Storage.
Unlock the access to the room and approach the volunteer database station.
Interact with the computer to input Mikhaila’s father’s ID.
