Activate Witcher Senses and then use it to explore the basement.
You must find broken dishes, rat nest and the weakened wall shown on the picture.

Notice that breaking the wall in the basement unlocked access to an underground online grid of tunnels and chambers.
Be prepared to face somekikimoreson your way.
Use Aard sign on another weakened wall.
Soon you will reach a large chamber with kikimore eggs.
Start using Igni sign to destroy the eggs (it’s an optional very easy mission objective).
Check the large holes in the walls as well.

Then follow the footprints of two different people.
The trail will divide at some point (as shown on the above picture).
opt for left marks that will lead Geralt to the broken trees.
Examining them will confirm Geralt’s theory that the target is a shaelmaar.
Formula: Shaelmaar baitwill be automatically added to the list of formulas.
Search the cave to make it find three dead bodies.
After interacting with the corpse of Jean-Luca you will obtainFresh human blood.
The second required ingredient isSewant mushrooms.
You will easily find it in various parts of the cave.
Collect three pieces of it.
At this point you should have the blood and the mushrooms and you’re able to brew it.
This is a very simple mission objective.
Doing this will trigger theMonster of Tufoto appear in the cave.
The duel withshaelmaarwill be similar to the encounter with that monster duringThe Beast of Toussaintmain quest.
Before starting the battle, use relict oil on silver sword and see if you have samum bombs equipped.
Don’t try attacking the shaelmaar traditionally - his thick skin will stop almost every attack.
Instead of that, wait for the monster to start rolling through the cave.
Wait until he is very close and jump away from his path.
After hitting the wall of the cave or any other large obstacle shaelmaar should land on his back.
When that happens, run quickly towards him and perform the strongest sword attacks.
Wait through such attacks at safe distance.
Keep fighting until the monster loses all health.
Once that happens, examine its corpse and obtain theShaeelmaar Trophy.
Now all that’s left is to go back tovineyard ownerand receive thepaymentfor completing the contract.
