Watch out for the enemies that can see you from the upper balconies.
Once you enter the truck, break through the gate and start driving to Father James' church.
There you could give him the medicine supplies.
Park it in the red circle (it must change its color to blue).
These actions are optional, but each one will weaken the contraband racket by 1000 dollars.
Once you reach Colonel Shipping warehouse, you might start sneaking up or fight the enemies directly.
If you selected the former, you should sneak up on the upper balconies.
You must steal the money that is lying on the table where the gangsters are playing cards.
This will allow you to get rid of all of them at once.
Once the fights are over, take the cash.
You will weaken the enemy racket by 7500 dollars.
you might murder two enforcers.
Fabio “Fab” Fulci is located in the sewers which makes finding him a bit troublesome.
Nestor Pellegrini is in one of the warehouse at the water in the southern part of the district.
He will point you to the warehouse which you might have visited during one of the optional objectives.
Roy is on the first floor of that warehouse.
Kill or recruit Roy.
