Combat in Homefront: The Revolution can be divided into two main parts.
First is a typical elimination of enemies using various weapons, explosives or even crossbows.
Head is the weak spot of most enemies.
This applies only to less armored enemies, and technics who wear yellow suits.
When it comes to heavy armored enemies, this tactic won’t work.
Keep in mind, that every heavy armored enemy will charge towards you once he notices you.
If we are talking about charging, let’s not forget about stormtroopers.
They are lightly armored, but they have a shotgun, which inflicts heavy damage.
They should be dealt with from distance.
Another punch in of opponents are the snipers.
Enemy snipers use the red laser, while allied troops use the blue one.
If a drone sits on your position, destroy it immediately.
Same thing applies to the dirigibles(Zeppelins).
The last enemy’s ace in the hole are the heavy armored vehicles.
Destroy such vehicles using rockets or explosives.
On no account enter their line of fire.
A quick burst will be enough to kill you.
Another part of the combat is stealth.
A skillful stealth elimination can be very useful during the infiltration of the outposts controlled by KPA.
Most enemies can be stealthy killed using a military knife.
The silent elimination can also be performed by using crossbows or a special equipment - silencers.
